What do I do if my Gateway is missing?

If the Consumer Portal cannot find your Gateway, try the following tips:

• Refer to the Getting Started guide that came with your kit to verify the installation tasks. You can also refer to the Gateway User Guide for more information about the Gateway. The page contains links to user documentation.
• Double check your cable connections. Make sure the Gateway is connected to your router correctly. Also make sure the power adapter is connected correctly and plugged in to a working electrical outlet.
• Check the Gateway for any error indicators. The Gateway User Guide contains a reference for indicators and what the indicators mean.
