What do I do if my Gateway is missing?
If the Consumer Portal cannot find your Gateway, try the following tips:
- Refer to the Getting Started guide that came with your kit to verify the installation tasks. You can also refer to the Gateway User Guide for more information about the Gateway. When you click the Proceed button, you will be able to access links to user documentation.
- Double check your cable connections. Make sure the Gateway is connected to your router correctly. Also make sure the power adapter is connected correctly and plugged in to a working electrical outlet.
- Check the Gateway for any error indicators. The Gateway User Guide contains a reference for indicators and what the indicators mean.
What do I do if my Meter Reader is missing?
If the Consumer Portal cannot find your Meter Reader, try the following tips:
- Refer to the Getting Started guide that came with your kit to verify the installation tasks. You can also refer to the Meter Reader User Guide for more information about the Meter Reader. When you click the Proceed button, you will be able to access links to user documentation.
- Double check that the sensor probes from the Meter Reader are attached to your meters correctly. Use the pictures in the user documentation to verify that your connections are correct.
- Make sure that batteries are correctly installed in the Meter Reader or that the Meter Reader's power adapter is connected correctly and plugged in to a working electrical outlet.
