Summary: These tutorials showed Inventory Optimization Solutions' customers how to work with the ENVI inventory management system. I created these samples as a proof of concept for online training solutions to include in the company's content library; however, we never implemented a complete library because of budget constraints. The tutorial topics provided here include a main tutorial, practice module, and quiz. The process has the users first watch the tutorial, then practice the concepts learned, and finally take a quiz to test what they have retained.
Production: I used Captivate to author and develop the tutorials, practice modules, and quizzes. While there is basic sound to represent clicking and typing, I did not record voiceovers with these tutorials.
Authorship: I was the sole author and developer of these tutorials.
Audience: The tutorials' primary audience includes healthcare facility staff who use the ENVI system to manage their facility's medical supply inventory.
