Summary: This documentation set explains how to work with a free-form drawing application that enables users to create diagrams for representing objects on an electrical grid. I single sourced the documents through RoboHelp, and both documents contain similar content with slight differences that are specific to the user guide and help system formats.
Production: I used RoboHelp to author, single source, and generate the documents, and I used Word to customize the user guide template for integration with RoboHelp. I also used Snagit to capture and edit screenshots.
Authorship: I authored all content and created the screenshots and illustrations.
Audience: The audience for these documents includes administrators and engineers who use the tool to help in their roles of monitoring electrical grids.
