Summary: This installation guide showed sales representatives at IDX Systems how to install a demonstration version of a product called IDXtendR Analyzer.
Production: IDX Systems had its own production team. I was therefore limited to the templates, styles, and standards that were implemented by this team. I used Word to write the document and Acrobat to generate the online version of it.
Authorship: I was the sole author of this installation guide.
Audience: The document's audience included sales representatives and marketing personnel who understood software and knew how to work with computers but who were not at the level of computer administrators and programmers.
