How to Search for a Campaign

To work with a campaign in Geneva, you must first perform a search to access it.

What you should know:

  • Several tasks that you perform in Geneva automatically begin with a campaign search. For example, when you access the edit campaign or create contract features, you are first directed to the Find Campaign page to search for an existing campaign in the system.

Procedure:

  1. Click the Order Management link in the menu. A list of submenus opens under the Order Management menu.

  2. Click one of the following menu links, depending on the level of your permissions and the reason you are searching for a campaign:

    • Create Contract: Click this link if you are searching for a campaign for which you are creating a contract.

    • Edit Campaign: Click this link if you are searching for a campaign to edit its information, including any editorial group information for the campaign.

    • View Campaign: Click this link if you are searching for a campaign to simply view the information associated with it.

  3. When the Find Campaign page opens, make sure your reseller name is selected in the Reseller box.

  4. In the Business Name box, type all or part of the advertiser’s name with the campaign you are searching for.

  5. Provide any of the other parameters on the form if they can help you narrow your search. If you know the campaign ID, enter that to find an exact match.

  6. Click Search. If campaigns match the search criteria you enter, they appear on the Find Campaign page with a link to access the campaign record.
