How to Assign a Campaign's Owner

If someone is responsible for taking a particular action on a campaign, you can assign them as the owner, making it easier for them to identify campaigns that require their attention.

Before you begin:

• You must have a valid Geneva user account with permission to assign campaign owners.

Procedure:

1. Search for the campaign with the owner you want to change, and then click the campaign ID link for that campaign in the search results list. The Campaign Maintenance page opens, with the Campaign tab active.

2. Click Change Owner in section 1. The Search Users dialog opens.

3. Type as much of the first and/or last name that you know, and then click Search. The dialog refreshes with a list of search results.

4. Click the first name link for the person to whom you want to assign the campaign. The original Campaign Maintenance page refreshes with the new owner’s name in the Owner box.
