How to Review a Campaign for Publishing to Ad Networks
After a campaign has been assembled, it should undergo a quality check to ensure there are no mistakes before any ads are sent out to the ad networks.
What you should know:

Depending on your reseller account, WebVisible might perform this procedure for the campaigns created by your organization.
Before you begin:

You must have a valid Geneva user account with permission to change a campaign’s status and owner.
Procedure:

Flag a campaign as ready for review:

Change the campaign’s status to Pending (Ready for QA).

If you are working with other people who may review the campaign, you can assign them as the campaign owner so that the campaign appears under their .

The campaign owner (the person who will review it) should access the campaign and perform a thorough review. Refer to our best practices for guidelines on specific items to review.

If the campaign passes the review, change its status to Active (Normal). The status is updated, allowing Geneva to send the campaign to the ad networks and make the ads live.

If the campaign does not pass the review:

Click Add Note and then make note of the reasons why the campaign did not pass.

In section 1 on the Campaign tab, change the campaign owner to the person who will be responsible for addressing the problems with the campaign.

Change the campaign’s status if needed to Pending (In Process).
